● Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at  support@hottiebaby.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!

Cancel Order

Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

1.You can cancel your order before the hair shipped it out. and the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will back to your account within 3-7 working days.

2. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore. Hope you can understand! If you need help, pls contact us at email:support@hottiebaby.com

 

● Return & Exchange Conditions And Precautions

1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through Hottiebabay.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

2. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. 

 

● Return Process

1. Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is support@hottiebaby.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office and provide the tracking number to our customer service.

4. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package.

 

Note: As the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Contact our Customer Service, we will provide you a correct return address and you will receive a response as soon as possible.Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.

● Return Shipping Fee

1. If it is for your personal reasons (not liking/wanting to change the style), then you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

2. If there is a problem with the product, we will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your returns with tracking options as Hottiebaby is not responsible for lost returns.

Note: Please mark "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package or the package may be returned to you.

 

● Refund Policy

Refund will be processed within 1-3 days once your returned package is received and inspected.

A refund will be directly issued to your original payment account within several days.
